Short Term:
For short term stays, you can expect to pay for the first night, $130 which includes the cleaning fee, and the continental breakfast. Additionally, each night after that may cost you an extra $50-100, dependent on number of days and guests.
Long Term:
Long term stays are available! (WINZ Approved if necessary) Price dependent on your needs and the length of your stay. The shared kitchen, laundry facilities and grounds has fruit trees plus vegetable garden ,looked after one of the guests makthis a place to call home!
